Welcome Home Care has been established and founded by Carleton Copa in 2013. For over a decade now, it has been providing excellent care to numerous senior adults and individuals with cognitive and physical disabilities. Welcome Homecare has set and raised a higher standard of care to meet clients’ care expectations and demands for exceptional care. Faithful and committed to its promise, Welcome Homecare has become a household name in the homecare industry in Northern California.
In response to the growing demands for more trusted care providers in the industry, Francis Eleazar joined Welcome Homecare. They have worked tirelessly with the unfading support of the dedicated care management team members and extraordinary caregivers. As once envisioned to become outstanding care partners, Welcome Homecare has now become the standard bearer of genuine care in the industry.
Welcome Homecare has grown as the years unfold and it is forever grateful to its clients for their trust and confidence. Welcome Homecare is currently providing care to senior adult communities from the Greater Sacramento region to the Bay Area region. Its Northern California homecare branches are located in Sacramento, Vacaville, San Rafael, Walnut Creek and San Jose.
Over the years, Welcome Home Care has also become a trusted and authorized homecare provider by the Veteran Administration, State and County funded senior care and respite care programs, and has been a committed senior care provider and collaborator with non- profit organizations in Northern California. Additionally, Welcome Home Care has also become a trusted homecare provider and contract partner with various Long Term Care Insurance companies nationwide.

Carleton earned an MBA from Brigham Young University. Prior to founding Welcome Home Care, he worked for an insurance subsidiary of Bank of America, as well as the Private Wealth Management division of Goldman Sachs.

Francis has over 20 years of experience in the industry including assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and home care. Francis also has experience serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Before joining the industry, Francis earned a Master's degree in Psychology and worked as a university professor.

Prior to joining Welcome Homecare, Mana came from the clothing and car sales industry. She has earned an MBA degree from Southern New Hampshire University. At Welcome Homecare, she heads the accounting and payroll department of the company. She finds Welcome Homecare as her second home. Mana likes cooking and is a better cook than her husband, according to her. She is always proud of her heritage.
